You must provide original copies and photocopies of the following documents.
Valid NID or Passport copy with clear photographs
4x6 passport size photographs (6-8 copies)
Details of two witnesses (NID copies and photos)
Utility bill or rent agreement for current address
Original birth registration certificate
If previously married, divorce decree or death certificate
Required copies: 1 original + 2 photocopies
Details needed: All pages including both sides
Status: Must be valid and not expired
If abroad, provide Passport instead
Quantity needed: 6-8 copies per person
Size: Standard 4x6 inches
Requirements: Recent, colored, white background
Both parties' photos required
